A pair of short films for The Slot (after Channel 4 News) about people who think they can defy gravity by using Astral Projection and Yogic Flying.

Astral Projection
First broadcast in 2001, this is the story of Wren Giles, a website designer from Leeds, who spends much of his spare time outside his body projecting his consciousness into the Astral World, where he has amazing adventures. In this 3 minute film, Wren describes some of the techniques he uses to enter the Astral World and some of the experiences he has once he gets there.

Yogic Flying
First broadcast in 2001, this 3 minute film features members of a community in Skelmersdale devoted to the practice of transcendental meditation who share the secret of their ability to raise themselves into the air while meditating and describe the feelings they have while doing it.
